The company's founder, Stefan Freudenberger, has a unique perspective on the extraordinary. He believes that simplicity, when created with passion, enthusiasm, and a sense of quality, can be exceptional. This philosophy has made him the perfect source of inspiration for designer Jens Lattke and his brand commod. The office equipment designed by commod reflects the company's strong character, honesty, and uniqueness.
Specializing in interior work, commod is known for its highly exclusive residential projects. The stationery designed for the brand had to meet the same level of excellence. Lattke and his team achieved this by creating a reduced but playful layout, using specially blended colors. The stationery not only reflects the firm's style but also its ideology of using only the most precious materials. The paper is made of 100 percent cotton, giving it a rough surface feel and a higher value. The envelopes, on the other hand, are made of real wooden veneer, adding a touch of luxury to the design. The business cards take it a step further by creating a 3-dimensional room that showcases typical wooden products, embodying the company's slogan.
The stationery is not only visually appealing but also showcases the designer's attention to detail. The back of the letterhead features an elegant wooden finish, emphasizing the naturalness of commod's products. The envelopes, made of wood veneer, have a plastically touch, adding a tactile element to the design. To complete the office equipment, a foldable business card was created, allowing recipients to experience the design in a unique way.
With specifications of 210x297 mm for the stationery, 91x50 mm for the business card, and 230x115 mm for the envelope, every aspect of the design has been carefully considered. The result is a stationery set that not only serves its functional purpose but also represents the brand's identity and values.
By combining the use of high-quality materials, attention to detail, and a playful yet sophisticated design, commod's stationery stands out from the crowd. It is a testament to the brand's commitment to excellence and its passion for creating unique and luxurious interior spaces.
